Our host in Cape Town, Stijn de Leeuw, is also a child psychologist who launched Little Lions in 2019. With Little Lions he makes sure children in these townships have access to free mental health workshops focusing on positive emotions, building confidence and resilience. Here you have the possibility to train at top level, the same as many national selections have been doing for international tournaments. The climate is perfect with an average temperature in winter of 20 degrees. The beach offers possibilities for training and fun as well.
